Zhogin Oleg

Sculptor

He was born in 1947 in Armavir, Krasnodar Territory. He finished Serov Art School and in 1989 he graduated from Herzen University, Artistic faculty. He taught in Sculpture Studio in Yusupov’s Palace and worked as an artist in majolica shop at Ceramics Factory.

In 1990 he left his job and started to work only in his own workshop. It is difficult to find material which Oleg Zhogin could not use to make a wonderful sculpture. Oleg is very talented and very modest. He does not waste time for parties and works a lot. So we can hope to present his new work in our gallery in the nearest future.
