Govorkov Ivan
Sculptor
He was born in 1949 in Leningrad, in 1974 he graduated from the Repin State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture, Monumental department. In 1980 he finished workshop of Arts Academy. Ivan Govorkov is a professor of the Repin State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture, a member of Artists’ Union of St. Petersburg (since 1974). He lives and works in St. Petersburg. Since 1990 he often works and have exhibitions together with Elena Gubanova. He practices in painting, sculpture, graphics, makes objects and installations.
There are his works in state and private collections.
